Policies

Order:

- Please provide a tax ID or a copy of tax certificate for tax exempt purchases.

- There is no minimum order.

Shipping:

- We ship all products via pallet for fragile items.

- 10 ~ 15% handling charge will be added to the total for orders less than $500.00.

- We can provide a shipping carrier if you don't have one. If you can find or have a loading dock, it will save much shipping cost.
